Back to the Labs
After a successful couple of weeks at sea coring, the samples have arrived back at our Plymouth labs today, where the analysis will begin.
The cores were loaded onto the truck in Lowestoft first thing yesterday morning and headed off back to our units at Oceansgate in Plymouth, where the team were waiting to unload and start to get ready for the splitting and logging, which will carry on for the next couple of weeks.
Its another chance for Ben Foll, our new Operations Manager, to get some hands on experience working with the analysis of the cores, so he can see the whole process through from start to finish.
With a busy schedule ahead this summer, we would advise getting in touch if you require any geotechnical sampling in the Autumn.
